Returns & Exchanges

At ECKO UNLTD., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as final sale merchandise and undergarments, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
